These terms cover using this website and buying an AimAce target from us. In plain terms: use the site and the product sensibly and as intended, prices and details can still change while we are pre-launch, and nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live. If something is unclear, email hello@aimacetennis.com and just ask.

This site and the AimAce target are operated by AimAceTennis ("AimAce," "we," "us"), a company based in the United States. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Right now AimAce is pre-launch. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and does not reserve a unit or lock in a price. Launch dates, opening prices, and product details on this site are our best current plan and can change before we start shipping. Any waitlist perk we mention, such as early access, applies only if and when we launch and on the terms we send you at that time.

You need to be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live to place an order. AimAce is a product for children ages 3 and up, and it is meant to be set up and supervised by an adult. If you are buying for a child, you are responsible for supervising how it is used.

When checkout is live, all prices are shown in US dollars and do not include tax or shipping unless stated. We try to keep pricing and availability accurate, but we may correct errors, change prices, or limit quantities at any time before your order is accepted. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send an order confirmation or ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example on a suspected pricing error or fraud, and will refund anything already charged.

Payments are processed by our payment provider through Shopify. We do not store your full card details.

AimAce is a soft, inflatable training target for tennis. It is not a toy for rough play, and it is not a flotation device or any kind of water-safety product. Set it up on a suitable surface, follow the included instructions, keep an adult nearby for young children, and use ordinary care. You are responsible for using the product as intended and for supervising children who use it.

The AimAce name, logo, site design, text, images, and the 3D and interactive content on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or use them for your own commercial purposes without our written permission. You are welcome to link to the site.

Please do not try to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the site, submit false information through our forms, or use the site to do anything unlawful. We may limit or block access if you do.

The site is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Except where the law says otherwise, we disclaim the warranties we are allowed to disclaim. This does not affect any product warranty or consumer rights that apply to a purchase you make.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.

We may update these terms as the company and product grow. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. If you keep using the site or place an order after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
