Refund & returns policy

Try AimAce for 30 days. If it is not getting used and you want to send it back, you get a full refund of the product price. No lecture, no restocking fee. If it shows up damaged or defective, that is on us and we fix it fast.

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return. You do not need a perfect reason: if your kid lost interest or it is just not for you, that qualifies. The target can even be lightly used. We ask that it be deflated, reasonably clean, and packed so it makes it back to us in one piece.

A return covers a full refund of what you paid for the product. Original shipping, if any was charged, is not refunded except where a return is because of our mistake or a defect.

Email hello@aimacetennis.com within your 30-day window with your order number and a quick note on why. We will reply with simple instructions and the return address. Please wait for that reply before shipping anything back, so we can track it and refund you correctly.

Once we receive and check the returned target, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show it. We will email you when the refund goes out.

If your AimAce arrives damaged, has a defect, or is not what you ordered, email hello@aimacetennis.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping, and you usually will not need to ship the item back unless we ask.

We keep it simple: the fastest way to swap anything is a refund on the original order and a fresh order for what you want. If you are not sure, email us first and we will sort it out with you.

For a change-of-mind return, you cover the cost of shipping the target back to us. If the return is because of a defect, damage, or our error, we cover return shipping. AimAce deflates and packs flat and weighs under six pounds, so a return box stays small and light.

At launch we offer free standard shipping within the United States. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, and you will get a tracking link by email when your order ships. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

We ship within the United States to start. If we add international shipping later, we will post the details and any duties or taxes that apply.

If tracking says delivered but you do not have it, or a package looks lost in transit, email hello@aimacetennis.com and we will trace it with the carrier and get you a replacement or refund.
