Privacy policy

We collect the bare minimum to email you about AimAceTennis (first name, email, and whether you're a parent, coach, or club). We never sell it. We only email about AimAce — no third-party promos, no list rentals. You can unsubscribe with one click from any email we send.

When you join the waitlist, we collect:

• First name — so we can address you by name in launch emails.
• Email address — to notify you when AimAce ships and send updates.
• Segment (parent / coach / club) — so the content of those emails is actually useful for your situation.
• Timestamp + signup source — for our own analytics on which content channels drive interest.

We do not collect payment information, shipping addresses, phone numbers, or any sensitive personal data at the waitlist stage. When AimAce launches and you place a real order, Shopify handles payment + shipping data under their own privacy practices (see Shopify's policy).

Waitlist data is stored in Klaviyo, an email service provider headquartered in Boston, MA. Klaviyo encrypts data in transit and at rest. Their privacy policy is at klaviyo.com/privacy.

We don't run any analytics or tracking scripts on this site today. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, we'll update this page first.

We don't set tracking or advertising cookies, and there are no analytics scripts on the site. If that ever changes, we'll update this page and add a consent prompt where required.

You can, at any time:

• Unsubscribe from emails — click the link at the bottom of any email we send.
• Request a copy of the data we have on you.
• Request deletion of your data from our systems.
• Correct any information you think is wrong (e.g., name spelling).

For any of these, email us at privacy@aimacetennis.com and we'll handle it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

AimAceTennis is a product for kids, but our website is intended for the parents, coaches, and clubs who buy it. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you're under 13, please don't sign up — and if a parent tells us they signed up on behalf of a child, we'll remove the data on request.

We may update this page as the product and the company grow. Material changes — like adding a new place we store data — get an email to existing waitlist members. The "last updated" date above always reflects the most recent change.
